IMEter Online
Welcome to the IMEter online. The IMEter calculates if an
intron enhances gene expression. The more positive the score, the more
an intron is expected to enhance expression. The IMEter is currently
only trained on a limited number of organisms, but we hope to extend our
work to more organisms in the near future.References
